Whew..it was a hard days for me now, too much sacrifices to face before you got a new job. I woke up early in the morning to prepared my self for my new challenged. Let me shared my experienced while am at recruitment of ACS. First we had a grammar examination exercise, thank God i passed on. After the exam we stayed at the recreation for the second steps, So waited for another 1 1/2 hour. It's great am with my friend whom applying too.
Then here it is the second we have a one on one interview, huh so nervous that time.
And this was ...
Interviewer: hello am ... What can i call you, any nick name?
Me: you can call me sitti
Interviewer: why are you applying for call center?
Me: to changed my career,from being security receptionist to callcenter agents,sir.
Interviewer: how did you know about our hiring?
Me: actually my brother, he was applied here last week.
Interviewer: so what happen to your brother application?
Me: he was failed..
Interviewer: what is the position are you applying for?
Me: customer relation representatives
Interviewer: what do you know about a CSR?
Me: answering calls incoming and outgoing, handle the problem of a customer,
Additional if possible.... be a trustworthy in dealing their problems, talk in a nice way, and you have a very high tolerance especially for the irate callers.
Interviewer: What are the capable to hired me as a CSR position?
Me: for being a security receptionist for 'almost 3years now, i know that i have a good experienced for a customer relation. I can easily adapt the nature of work, patients, hardworking, and honest.
Interviewer: okay, i already got the answer that i needed.
Before we end this assessment let say a word and follow after me ..okay
Me: okay..
